Main Tasks
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Handle and resolve customer complaints
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
- Provide pricing and delivery information
- Perform customer verifications
- Writing and post information to Social Networks
- No working experience required
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
- Logical thinking ability
- Strong written, listening, reading and speaking English skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills
- Negotiation skills
- 03 full-time positions available
- The monthly salary range is between 5,000,000 and 8,000,000 VND and will be determined by candidates' skills and abilities in the interview
- Working time: Office hour/shift (will be discussed at the interview)
- Working location: S4-S5 Ba Vi Street, Ward 15, District 10, HCMC
