Main Tasks
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Perform customer verifications
  • Writing and post information to Social Networks
Job Requirements
  • No working experience required
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Logical thinking ability
  • Strong written, listening, reading and speaking English skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good problem solving, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • 03 full-time positions available
  • The monthly salary range is between 5,000,000 and 8,000,000 VND and will be determined by candidates' skills and abilities in the interview
  • Working time: Office hour/shift (will be discussed at the interview)
  • Working location: S4-S5 Ba Vi Street, Ward 15, District 10, HCMC
