Task 1: The graph below gives information on the performance of a train company in October and November in 2008.

The graph provides data on the performance of a train company in October and November in 2008. It is clear that the percentage of the trains that were delayed and canceled witnessed a remarkable fluctuation. In addition, whilst the percentage of the trains that were late hit the highest point at the second week in November, the peak of trains that were canceled occurred in the second week in October
In the first week in October, there were 20% of trains didn't run on time, this figure rose in the next week before decreased marginally to 5%. Then reached a peak at the second week in November at 55% and followed by a slight decrease to 40%.
It witnessed only 1% of trains that were canceled in the first week of October. However, the number of trains that were canceled increased dramatically in the next week but dropped to the original number later. There was an increasing fluctuation throughout the period and the trains that were canceled have a slightly dropped to 4%
