it is clear that the number of enquỉies received in person and by telephone saw a significant rise over the period. while by letter or email was the lowest among three categories
as you can see, the number of enquiries received in person was rise lightly from 400 to 800 in 3 months between January and March, while that by letter or email declined minimualy about 140 from 790 to 650. Another strike feature was the number of enquiries received by telephone was fluctuated started at 900 dropped to 800, then went up to 1000
Over the period from April to June, enquiries received in person reached a peak at 1850 in June. Moreover, that by telephone stayed unchanged then went up to 1600. Meanwhile, letter and email hit the lowest scores atover 3 candidates, at 390 in June
Task 2: Individuals can do nothing to improve the environment; only governments and large companies can make a difference.To what extent do you agree or disagree?
Many people said that only the governments and large companies can make a differece, while individuals can not do anything to save the environment. In my opinion, i strongly disagree with this view
On the one hand, we can not deniable the fluent of governments and large companies when they come up with something to save the earth. With their power and advertiments, anything can go directly to consumers then make people curios about it. Moreover, the government and companies with higher resouces, they can create more and more enormous projects to protect the environment from harm such as deforstation, air polution, melting glaciers.
One the other hand, individuals are not as useless as they think. We can improve our planet just by a little thing in life. For example, we should try public vehicles instead of private since it much more priceless and prevent people from discharged exhausted fumes, which was one of the most serious reason why our environment is polluted. Furthemore, there are a lot of volunteer projects form by small club or organization day by day, with that anyone can take part in, enjoy, take note how to protect our planet.
In conclusion, it is deniable the fact that governments and large companies take an important place in improve the environment. By constast, there are activites for individuals who want to join hand together. Just by a small things in life, we can change our planet to be greener and liveable
