Given is a table that depicts the numeral information about earned salaries of educational trainers being charge of secondary or high school in five particularly listed countries, namely Austria, Denmark, Luxembourg, Japan, and Korea in the year 2009.

Overall, teachers in these countries have distinct average amount of salaries at both starting point and after 15 years of contributing to educational systems. However, the years to attain the maximum salary account for remarkably differentiating between one another.

Looking through Luxembourg and Denmark first, we can obviously judge that Luxembourg was considered to be the highest salary-paying country in total five ones. Concretely, teachers got an ideal amount of money at 80,000 which initiated more admirably than others. If they perpetuate joining in this educational area of specialisation, their monthly salaries can be thrived to an average amount of about 119,000. Nevertheless, the maximum salary that teachers could earn was 132,000, and teachers had to spend approximately 30 academic years in terms of accomplishing it. Meanwhile, teachers residing in Denmark were able to get the first salaries at 45,000 in the initial point, and they took the only 8 years to attain the maximum salary of about 54,000 which was analogous to the amount of money that they will get after teaching over 15 years.

Additionally, the other countries, including Korea, Japan, and Austria, paid less money for teachers at the starting point, particularly, 30,000, 34,000, and 28,000, respectively. Excavating into each country, we can see some reversible facets that were apparently illustrated. First and foremost, Japanese teachers were received the higher money than the others, but they had to wait for 37 years of contribution prior to achieving the maximum salary at 86,000. It was also commensurate with the teachers in Korea in spite of their less have-to-spend years (34 ones). In terms of that, Austria was regarded as a well-paid country that teachers can earn salaries compatible with the years before reaching the maximum ones. Specifically, they need to take 9 years merely to get 48,000.
