Những từ dưới đây không thay đổi nguyên âm - chúng là những động từ có quy tắc. Tuy nhiên, chúng ta có thể dùng cả hai trường hợp thêm "-t" hoặc thêm "-ed" cho cả Quá khứ và Phân từ (chú ý những từ kết thúc bằng -ll sẽ chỉ còn 1 chữ -l khi thêm -t vào đằng sau).
