It's time, it's high time:có nghĩa là "đã tới lúc làm gì"để diến tả thời gian mà một việc nên được làm ngay

its time+(for +O)+Infinitive

To Infinitive chứ bạn! Nhưng thường người ta dùng It's ( high ) time + for sb + To Infinitive cho rõ ràng.
Ex : It's time to go home.
It's time for us to go home.
Nhưng :
It's time we went home.
