JOB DESCRIPTION
The main activity of this position is to take of current distributors as well as to expand the distributor network in HCMC and in provinces. This includes specific activities as below:
· Follow up and develop the sales process including making quotation, following up, complying standard payment term and tracking delivery.
· Take care and build good relationship with current distributors and hunt for potential customers simultaneously.
· Forecast strategic product item code to import and make stock inventory. Estimate time and make plans to clear them in a specific period of time.
· Cooperate effectively with cross-functional departments especially with accounting and logistics team to ensure sales orders’ successful completion.
· Collect and update to system customers relationship status, competitors data and market movement for business planning.
· Follow assigned projects from supervisor and ensure the chance of winning them
· Support line manager in developing and implementing sales forecast & plan to achieve sales target and overall division business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
· English fluency, especially speaking and writing.
· Sales skills: be hungry, be active, presentation skills, cold calling techniques, planning and organizing skills, negotiation and problem solving skills.
· Good following up and closing deals.
· Result-oriented and hard working.
· Computer skills.
