Job description

· Establish a monthly sales target for the department and each sales person

· Plan, organize, implement and control sales and marketing campaigns and monitor each sales person’s daily performance to motivate them to meet the sales target

· Expand business relations with corporate clients and professional bodies to find potential sales opportunities

· Develop sales team by recruiting, training and coaching them and make every effort to maximize the sale team’s short-term and long-term revenue

· Consult, handle clients’ inquiries and complaints in a professional manner

· Work closely and effectively with other internal departments in order to reach the company objectives


· Holding Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing, MBA is a plus

· Strong network in accounting – finance community

· At least 3 (three) years of substantial experience in the role of business development (BD), preferably in international education institutes or head hunting companies

· Strong leadership and ability to drive the sales team

· Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English, both oral and written

· Proficiency in computer and online marketing skills (Ms. Office, SEO, Google Adwords, social media..)

· Good ability to manage a variety of tasks at the same time

· Pro-active, dynamic, honest, creative, motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic

· Thorough understanding of accounting and finance areas would be an advantage


Quantity: 2 in HCMC office; 2 in Hanoi office

Job description

· Being responsible for monthly and annual sales target and other related duties as assigned

· Developing targeted databases and extending business network with corporate clients in accounting and finance through company visit, seminar participation, personal relationship, online marketing…

· Identifying potential individuals, corporate clients and approaching them until the deal is closed.

· Brandstorming business ideas of how to find out and approach potential clients among the sales team and marketing team

· Presenting training programs to the corporate clients in information sessions

· Counseling, handling client inquiries in a professional manner and helping clients to find the right training programs

· Working closely and effectively with other internal departments in order to reach the general company objectives


· Holding Bachelor Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Management, Marketing

· At least 2 (two) years of substantial experience in selling, preferably in professional bodies, finance or accounting firms, head hunting companies, education institutes

· Excellent soft skills: interpersonal communication skill, presentation skill, negotiation skill, business writing skills

· Proficiency in Ms. Office skills (Word, Excel, Power point, Access…)

· Proficiency in English, oral and written communication

· Responsible, pro-active, dynamic, honest, motivated, hard-working and enthusiastic, willing to work under pressure

· Thorough understanding of accounting and finance would be an advantage
