1. SALES EXECUTIVE (Gross salary: 5.5 – 6mil + % commission) (NO VOLUMN TARGET)
JOB DUTIES:
- Check list for available apartments.
- Guide customers to see units.
- Negotiate price & terms of contract.
- Follow and support customers during the leasing term.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Be able to work under pressure.
- Team work spirit, customer-service mindset.
Working location: 155 Nguyen Duc Canh, Tan Phong ward, district 7, HCMC.
or LC-01.01 Lexington Residence, An Phu ward, district 2, HCMC.
2. RECEPTIONIST (Gross salary: 5.5 – 6.5mil)
JOB DUTIES:
- Collect bills (electricity, water, internet …) from tenants.
- Support customers following their requirements.
- Contact and arrange technicians for repairing service.
- Support sales team and other relevant assignments.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Honesty, patience, team-work spirit.
- 1-year experience in relevant position is a plus.
