Job Description
- Establish, implement, maintain and improve standard and management system of compliance in the Company, such as HSE, HR, GMP, GSMS, PS, WRAP...
- Periodically arrange and prepare material for Internal & External audit for full compliance.
- Leading of Internal & External audit
- Lead, guide and supervise EHS activities such as: first aid, firefighting, labor accident, chemical, environment, health, safety…
- Other tasks assigned by Compliance Manager
Job Requirement
- University degree
- 3+ years’ experience in Compliance, experience in garment, textile or footwear industries is preferred
- Have deep knowledge on local legislation system, such as labor code, insurance law, firefighting, HSE and audit activities in garment factories.
- Be able to communicate in English effectively (Candidates can speak Korean will be an advantage)
- Good at communication and presentation skill, problem solving skill, management skill…
- Work in active and professional environment
