While Salary Survey & HR Consulting (SSC) provides the following products:

  • Salary Structure
  • Performance Management System
  • Benefit Scheme design/review
  • Bonus Allocation
Salary Survey

  • Total Remuneration Survey Report
  • Benefits Survey Report
  • Sample Report

  • Take part in a 6- to 9-month training program designed to build in-depth skills and knowledge in HR Consulting expertise
  • During training, experience hands-on work and deal directly with Talentnet’s business partners

Requirements:
General requirements:
  • Fresh graduates or final-year students with majors in Human Resources, Economics, Commerce, Accounting; or those who have graduated with less than 2 years of work experience in the related fields.
  • Clear career orientation, with the passion in HR field and the desire to work in a dynamic and sustainable environment.
  • Being patient, attentive, detail-oriented, enjoy working with data, have teamwork spirit.
  • Ability to learn and adapt well, and to work well under pressure.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills and customer-service spirit.
  • Good English proficiency.
Job specific requirements:
Payroll & HR Outsourcing (POS)

  • Enjoy working with numbers, good numeric skills
  • Enjoy learning about laws related to Human Resources field
  • Enjoy working in structured process
  • Good English proficiency
HR Consulting and Mercer Salary Survey (SSC)

  • Good presentation skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Fluent English proficiency
  • Good computer skills, especially in excel
