PGA of America’s Waugh doesn’t see LIV as a 'sustainable business model'

PGA of America CEO Seth Waugh has had a full plate in recent weeks, with the PGA Championship at Oak Hill in N.Y. followed by the Senior PGA Championship last week at the organization’s new HQ in Frisco, Texas. In three weeks, the KPMG Women’s PGA Championship heads to Baltusrol in New Jersey. SBJ’s Josh Carpenter caught up with Waugh today to cover a number of issues, such as the Ryder Cup’s future and LIV Golf’s business model.

You’ve said you will continue to invite the best players to compete in your events, including the Ryder Cup, regardless of tour. Has your opinion on that changed at all?
