Job description:

• Leading project for CI in production area, coordinate with other department for data analysis needs for improvement.
• Focus on system improvement in production area: problem identify and measurement, problem data collection and data analysis, find solutions for improvement, control results.
• Focus on system improvement of man, machine, method and material.
• Focus on skill training for production area in manufacturing skills: logical thinking, problem solving, improvement concept, kaizen, cost/ benefit calculation.
• Manage suggestion program to achieve target of improvement in production area: collect suggestion, evaluate opportunities, cost/ benefit calculation, open project, follow up implementation, final assessment, close project.
• Directly report to Production Manager and Director.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Have at least 4 years working in manufacturing industry and have finished at least 20 improvement projects.
• Have experience working in production, quality, or support function is a must
• Have overview knowledge about manufacturing, production and quality systems.
• Have basic skills about PDCA, Ishikawa, 5Whys and fish bone, 4M or 6M, 7 QC tool, Muda/ Mura/ Muri, Kaizen, Benefit/ cost analysis.
• Knowledge about 5-core tool, FMEA, Yamazumi, PPA, advantage PPA, Poka Yoke, ANNOVA, DOE, IMR chart is an advantage.
• Have certificates of 6-sigma, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 9001: 2015, ISO TS 16949, WCM knowledge, Lean manufacturing is a plus.
• Excellent in Excel.
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
• Be proactive, strong in logical thinking, friendly.
