Officience is now hiring 02 Technical Support Operator (French speaking) with following details:

ABOUT OFFICIENCE:
Founded in 2005, Officience is a French-Vietnamese pioneer in the global outsourcing industry. We specialize in IT outsourcing, Software development, Business process outsourcing, Mobile and web applications, Business intelligence, Content management, Web design, HTML conversion, SharePoint, Infrastructure management, and Data entry. Our office is located both in Paris-France and Ho Chi Minh City - Vietnam. Current company size: 200-300 employees.

ABOUT THE JOB:

2. Type of employment: Full-time
3. Your responsibilities include:

• Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services;
• Handle customer complaints, investigate and use appropriate complaint resolution.
• Work with other members of the team to meet individual and collective goals for high productivity, low customer dissatisfaction rate, low total ticket resolution time, and appropriate first response time.

4. What we expect from you:

• College/University graduated, majoring in IT, Foreign language
• At least 2 years two experience in Customer Service field ( IT support, helpdesk support experience would be an advantage)
• Excellent command in French and also English
• Comfortable in dealing with customers
• Able to adapt, to do multiple tasks in a challenging international working environment
• Good attitude and willingness to learn
• Able to work on weekends.

WHAT WE OFFER:

• Monthly salary: 9,000,000 - 14,000,000 VND

• Shift work with 2 days OFF per week – flexible, we will discuss further about this during the interview
