About us
Epsilon Mobile Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based company established in 2010 specializing in digital publishing on mobiles and tablets with three main verticals: eSurvey, eLearning and Mobile Consulting. Working with some of the most demanded companies in region, Epsilon aims to translate technology, especially mobile technology into tangle business values. Through a combination of technology-related and general consulting engagements, our team grows to become counselor fluent in mobile industry, one of the most important strategic levers of today and tomorrow.
To prepare for our 2015 projects, Epsilon Mobile is seeking exceptional individuals with a passion for business and technology to join our eSurvey team.
Responsibilities
· Full-time (40 hours / week) or Part-time (20 hours / week)
· Analyze and clarify questionnaires from clients
· Keep the customers informed with current process of the development of products and services.
· Build story map from the questionnaires
· Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including technical team, project manager, QC engineers, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations
· Prepare test plans and conduct test cases
Qualifications
· Have an eye for detail and work with a high degree of accuracy
· Well-organized, flexible, highly motivated, persistent and patient
· Quick learner who is capable of learning new products, applications, systems and technologies
· Accurate reporting, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
· Logical and analytical thinking skill
· Good command of English
