You will use research skill to collect, analyze and make Real Estate reports. This report is provided for Business Development team to show up potential of Properties that clients are concerning.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect data and write relevant property reports
- Maintain, update and develop the property market and economic databases
- Analyze property market and economic developments
- Prepare and review detailed reports/ presentation
- Monthly and quarterly report written
- Travel and collect relevant information to the property market
- Work closely with team to ensure that quality service is delivered in a timely manner
REQUIREMENTS:
• University degree in Business Administration, Financial Analyst, Valuation and Real Estate Business; Banking
• Good at English
• Ability to use MS. Office (Word, Excel); Outlook Express; Power Point; Reporting preparation and edition (PDF; PNG; etc…)
• Research skill is very excellent and professional
• Be aware of micro economic; a sensitive person with good skills of real estate information
• Be careful person, focusing on details and correction of every released information on reports
• Have knowledge of property stipulations and relating laws
• Ability to create Real Estate market Reports
• Teamwork player
• Willing to learn
• Can do attitude
