Job Description:

Business Development is key activity in which you expand the market for WMFTG products, chase the inquiry to make order landed. You are both working on long term plans and dealing with day-to-day opportunities and challenges.

Programme Content:


  1. Learning Process: 1 week
  • WMFTG product’s feature and working principles
  • How to sell technical high-end products successfully
  1. Customer Marketing: 1 week
  • How to get customer’s contact
  • Soft skills for telemarketing
  • How to setup appointment with customer on phone
  1. Business Development: 10 weeks
  • Set up sales target
  • Explore new business customers/channels
  • Layout sales target achieving plans
  • Make sales appointment with professional and convincible skills
All candidates completing this programme will be given WMFTG certificate for training programme issued by WMFTG Singapore or Spirax Sarco Engineering Vietnam.

Brightest candidates who complete the programme with high evaluation will be given WMFTG opportunities for official permanent job offer

Qualification:

You must have strong self-motivation, have a passion to win

- Minimum Bachelor degree

- Fresh Graduation

- GPD ≥ 7

- Fluent English

- Ability to work under high pressure

- Strong “Can-do” attitude

- Mobility and willing to travel
