DUTIES:
• Develop and maintain the business relationship with concerned ministries, government bodies, embassies, associations, …(Directorate of Broadcasting and Electronic Information, Ministry of Information & Communications; Ministry of Culture; VNPT, VTV, VCTV, CCIFV, Eurocham, truyen hinh an vien, etc…) to perform the external relations assigned by Deputy General Director.
• Act as contact point between Deputy General Director and board of management and different departments of the company.
• Provide secretarial & logistics assistance to Deputy General Director and to expatriates of Canal Group on business trip to Vietnam.
• Schedule executive appointments and meetings, including travel management, meeting organization. Record minutes of meeting. Ensure translation from English – French – Vietnamese.
• Coordinate and compile reports for Management Meetings.
• Coordinate in other ad-hoc duties when assigned by Deputy General Director
REQUIREMENTS:
• Vietnamese national.
• At least 3 years working experience in similar capacity
• University graduate; major in Foreign languages, business administrations
• Fluent in written and spoken both English and French
• Good communication skills
• Well-organized, multi-tasked, careful, meticulous with an eye for details
• Strong writing skills, strong analytical skills with a high level of professional integrity and ethics
• Presentable and professional outlook
• Good command of Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point
