FFSC is a local non-profit organisation founded in 1984. Aiming to enhance the living standards of children, the organisation is currently providing educational support and scholarships to over 1000 unprivileged or immigrant children in Ho Chi Minh City. Job Descriptions:

Contribute in expanding our business by proposing ideas, plans, and standard of procedure improvement (Management assistant) and ensure meeting sales targets.

1) Managing existing distribution channels
  • Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
  • Via telephone, email, messages or direct communication at shops. Follow and process sale procedures (deliver our products if needed)
  • Collecting payment and debts of client (Accounting)
  • Acting as sale representative
  • Handle issues related to product images and features
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; making recommendations to management.
2) Developing business opportunities
  • Actively seek out customers
  • Attend markets/fair to contact potential shops to distribute our products
  • Introduce our products to potential customers and retail shops
3) Driving business assessment and proactive recommendation
  • Promotion and aftersales activities (“Go the extra mile” to drive sale)
  • Proposing ideas, plans, and standard of procedure improvement (management assistant)
  • Update reports and statistic data (Accounting), and sales revenue
  • SEOs: website, internet and other online marketing tools
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Collecting customers/clients feedbacks

* Requirement:
  • Candidate must have College or University-level (prefer Administration Major)
  • English mandatory
  • Honest, ambition, active, communication skills.
  • Sale experience is a plus
  • Assess basic knowledge in marketing
  • Expert knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Salary:

Basic Salary + Sales Commission (4-8 million VND).

Salary raise depend on performance
