Overview
Not only have the basic activities when tourists visit Cu Chi tunnel such as getting through the section of the underground tunnel in cu chi, finding out Vietnamese history, eating tapioca, etc … but also a special extra trip to visit a local house of which garden is the place you can feel free to discover different kinds of tropical fruit by yourself.
Itinerary:
- Pick up Time Flexible: recomended 7 am to 9 am.
- Driving about one and half hour to arrive Cu Chi tunnel
- Watching documentary film to get an overview of the history background
- Trying to fire off the AK47 or MK16 with real ammunitions at the nearby shooting range (optional and self-sufficiency)
- Going to the underground cu chi tunnel that can lead you go back to the “war period” and experience how difficult of the guerilla soldiers have to live with at that time
- Eating tapioca and panda leaf – tea
- Reaching the local house to visit the authentic garden with many kinds of tropical fruit that tourist can taste them on the spot
- Having a friendly Vietnamese meal in the garden in cu chi.
- Returning to Sai Gon, service ends by dropping off at hotel or ordered place where is about 5 kilometers around the hotel.
Disclaimer:
- Tourist with any heart complication or claustrophobia should not go through the cu chi underground tunnel. However, taking picture at the entrance of the cu chi tunnel or the going down to the bunker is fine
- Teenager less than 18 years old are not allowed to shoot gun
