Job offer for student in Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City (3-4 hours/week)

Hello
I am from Switzerland and I am looking for a reliable student from Hanoi or Ho Chi Minh City.
Your job would be:
- Translating mails (Vietnamese - Englishn / English - Vietnamese)
- Telling me about Vietnamese life and culture
- Making phone calls in Vietnamese languages
You should be:
- reliable
- speaking English and Vietnamese (German would be great also)
