* Purchasing
- Implements sourcing plans to assure orders meet specified quality and delivery times and to minimize the total cost of purchases.
- Audit and evaluates current and potential suppliers in paper or onsite.
- Negotiates with suppliers to meet quality, delivery, and cost objectives.
- Prepare the purchase contract/purchase order by consulting with superior on terms and conditions of the contract to ensure that terms and conditions are in line with department and company objectives.
- Co-ordinate with other functions on non-raw material purchase, service purchase by communication, discussion to ensure that specification and requirement are fully understood in a quality, timely manner at target price / cost
- Works with Supply Chain Manager to guarantee supply for all portfolios.
- Establishes and maintains rapport with all levels of supplier
* Customer Service Coordinator
- Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
- Preparing quotations, documents, other related tasks to assist sales and technicians meet customer’s requirements
- Following up with customers outstanding quotes
- Ensuring Technicians have all the required information to be able to attend jobs
- Managed order entry work load so that orders were entered the day received.
- Coordinated orders with logistics to ensure on time and complete to customers.
- Addressed incoming customer inquiries and offered productive solutions that increased customer satisfaction
- Assisted customers with questions regarding our product.
- Advocated for customers in improving availability and delivery.
- Checking prices and contracts are up to date.
- Communicating internally important feedback from customers.
- Reporting monthly sales results to the Customer Service Manager.
