Allowance: VND3,150,000 per month

This is a full time Intern position; we are looking for last year students who can work full time

Job Description:

- You coordinate with other internal teams to identify and prioritize customer experience projects

- You will collect complaints, feedback, comments from customers to do weekly customer satisfaction report

- You will assist Senior Customer Experience Specialist in developing measurement techniques, analyze and present qualitative and quantitative analysis related to the customer experience.

- You will work on customer experience projects and do monthly report for it

- You will utilize research, insight and business information to generate initiatives and proposals that will elevate our customers’ experience

- Collect customers’ feedback from several sources and contact customers to better understand their needs and expectations.

- Produce content related to the customer experience.

- Be accountable for the success of projects, and follow up for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

- Customer oriented; project management skill

- Self- motivated; proactive

- Good at working with reports and numbers

- Hard-working

- Logical & critical thinking; Organization skill

- Effective communication in both Vietnamese and English

- Experience in working in an e-commerce company is a plus.
