This position will be responsible for investigation, evaluation, negotiation and resolution of Property – Engineering claims, including all tasks as below:
- Receive notice of loss from the Insured/ Branch, instructs Branch to carry out concerned works, evaluate the loss and collect initial information
- Preliminary suggest to deny or settle the claims based on coverage, appraisal, and verifiable damage, and report to Head for instruction.
- Analyze, review and appraise the report of Independent Loss Adjusters or conduct the loss adjustment for accuracy, completeness and eligibility.
- Prepare and maintain reports and records for processing.
- Collect indemnity documents for claim settling; propose settlement.
- Inform claim settlement result and receive feedback from the Insured; Co-oporate with Accounting Div to make payment.
- Carry out and monitor works after indemnifying: Reinstate insurance liability, Recover from reinsurer, third party, co-insurer; sell salvage, …
- Provide guidance to junior staff on more complex or high-value claims and support UW in conducting risk survey, evaluating risk, making propose precaution.
- Participate in building, guiding, checking implementation of the regulations, process of indemnity.
- Other tasks as requested by head of division.
- Male/ Female candidates aged from 22 years old.
- Graduated major in Insurance, Engineering from all Universities.
- English proficiency level is equivalent to TOEIC 680, IELTS 6.5, TOEFT iBT 91.
- Very good command of MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
- Preference given to applicants who have experience in the field or in a related area or educational background at Australian/ UK Insurance Institute.
- Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
- Having ability to work independently, teamwork, managing in the Department/ Division.
- Working in an international team with colleagues from Europe, Asia and Vietnam

- Working time: From 08:00 to 17:00 - Monday to Friday
