In Vietnam, eating habits have approximately changed. These habits are either better or worse compared with ones in the past.

On the right hand, Vietnamese's eating habits have been changing positively. In the past, there was a period when 46 million people were in the lack of nutrition. This number has decreased into 22 percent in 2021 and is inclined to change optimistically. Another reason for this opinion, nowadays, restaurants and food stores can be easily seen everywhere with affordable prices. Even as there are some restaurants that serve dishes that follow the principles of a healthy lifestyle called "eat clean", which demonstrates there are more and more people concerned about their health. Besides, the majority of people has constant work time now, so they can have their meals on an invariable eating schedule. By eating on time, our immune system can work better.

On the left hand, hurried lifestyle and industrialization of culinary are creating bad habits of eating. Firstly, ingredients are not so fresh as they were in the past due to air pollution and chemicals used to take care of plants like pesticides, insecticides, etc. Secondly, the way we cook also changes. People often are too busy to prepare their meals themselves, so they choose to order food from restaurants, whose food is more oily, unhealthy, and expensive.

In conclusion, I think our eating habits these days have more advantages than disadvantages.
