The role:

The role of Partnership/ Business Development is the key to our success in the coming years. You will be responsible for increasing the number of new customers, revenue, and the evolution of the Brand around the country, by creating events and all branding activities.

Responsibilities:

• Support in paperwork activities – preparation of tenders, proposals, contracts, business cases, market research and reports for business development initiatives
• Manage documents requiring relevant authorization
• Prepare meeting requests, meeting agendas and take meeting minutes
• Coordinate with all channels and departments to execute the Partnership plan
• Execute and report on the Partnership strategy
• Support offline events, such as offline sale and fashion shows, pop-up store or other brand enhancing efforts
• Support all branding initiatives: TVC, Print Ad, Billboards and the candidate should be able to manage the budget of his own channel
• Input information into Customer Relationship Management database

Requirements:

• BA degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Communication, Sales or any related fields
• A self-motivated team player and wants to learn
• Good analytical and administrative skills
• Resilient, performance driven individual, able to deal with stress and change
• Confident, outgoing personality with good negotiation skills, comfortable approaching new people outside own network
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in English and Vietnamese
• Internet savvy and passionate about E-commerce and Fashion
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office
