REINSURANCE ASSOCIATE
A. The main tasks
- Conduct reinsurance outward placement (both Treaty and Facultative) and complete the related confirmation documents for Property line. Assist in reinsurance placement for other lines (Motor vehicle and Miscellaneous Accidents) if necessary
- Input facultative Inward accounts & inward treaty SOA into IT system
- Prepare the data/ figures/ statistical analysis/ reports in order to assist the inward and outward treaty renewal
- Cooperate smoothly with related departments and partners to solve outstanding issues/ matters
- Comply with Company policies, procedures and regulations
- Perform other tasks assigned by higher management
B. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Economic, Finance and other related majors
- Minimum experience: 0 - 1 year experience (knowledge/ experience in insurance & reinsurance is advantage)
- Fluent English verbal & written communication skills
- Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office applications
- Teamwork and communicate well with counterparties
- Be able to work under high pressure working environment
- Responsible, careful and positive personalities
