Job Details:
– Process bookings for international and domestic flights with Vietnam Airlines, Jetstar and Vietjet Air and other kinds of transportation
– Do customer service through email and occasionally by phone call, both with national and foreign tourists in Vietnamese and English
– Get involved in other tasks assigned by the manager
Job Requirements:
– Diligent, careful and honest
– Fast learning
– Good at English communication (especially writing) and computer skills (Email communication, Microsoft office)
– Have professional experience in flight booking and ticketing for travel agency
– Have professional flight training certificate such as: Sabre (Abacus), Amadeus, or Galileo is an advantage
