Position Descriptions
You will:
- Be part of a dynamic and helpful group
- Follow test plan based on the project requirements and schedule
- Design, develop, and execute detail oriented test scripts and test cases using test plan and project specification
- Report defects found in testing using standard defect tracking tools
- Report test progress against schedule (planning and execution)
- Collaborate with business analyst, developers, manager, and other members of the team in testing requirements and release planning
- Ensure that all product releases meet or exceed defined quality goals per acceptance criteria
- Play an important role in the growth of the company
Position Requirements
- Technical requirements:
- Have a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Have good knowledge of software development process
- Good knowledge and experience in software testing, including: standard testing process, defect management via bug tracking system, testing skills, etc.
- Experience of automattion test is a huge plus
- Possessing the ISTQB's CTFL or having good understanding of its Body of Knowledge is a great plus
- Intermediate English, especially reading / research skill
- Active team player – active communication, open mind, and friendliness
- Details orientation
- Eager-to-learn mindset
