Fresh graduates in all majors with less than two-year work experience
GPA from 7/10 or equivalent
Fluent in English communication, both in oral and writing skills

ROUND 1: DARE TO START

Round 2: DARE TO SHOW UP
Selected candidates from round 1 will be invited to join in Career day on 1st July, 2017
At this event, you will have chance to meet board of director of Generali, learn about insurance industry, functional departments in the company and study practical experiences.
Within Career Day, you will take the multiple choice Aptitude Test regarding Thinking and Arithmetic abilities.
Round 3: DARE TO go through challenges
Candidates passed the round 2 will attend the course that takes place in 3 days from 10th to 12th July, 2017.
During the course, you will be trained essential soft skills for business life, involved in case studies and group presentations.
ROUND 4: DARE TO TO BECOME GENEXT
Selected candidates for this final round will have a direct interview with the department head and human resources department before becoming an official employee at Generali.
