JOB DISCRIPTION

· Participate in the recruitment needs of departments in the Company, make plans to recruit, coordinate and organize the implementation of those plans; Include recruitment, screening, recruiting candidates, interviewing / evaluating and negotiating with selected candidates to provide the right people on time.
· Participate in the establishment of criteria and job description of positions.
· Recruiting consultants for specialized departments to come up with ideas, make use of available resources and share information to complete the talent search process within the time allowed.
· Be active in recruiting positions by building a database of potential candidates;
· Promoting branding and recruiting through multiple channels such as engaging and exploring relationships with colleges / universities and professional recruitment groups;
· Keep records of employees in accordance with regulations, ensure staff information is updated regularly and accurately.
· Follow up the job, draft the labor contract / labor contract for employees.
· Integration training for new staff.
· Perform other duties as required by the Manager.


JOB REQUIREMENTS

· University degree or higher in English language /International Trade / Business Administration / E-commerce...

· Have 1 year experience in recruitment and training.

· Priority in having a certificate of training in HR.

· Good knowledge of the labor market, preferably candidates with experience in recruiting personnel for the field of IT.

· Ability to recognize, evaluate people, have the mind to organize, organize and run the work.

· Resistant to high pressure at work.

· Positive attitude, enthusiastic, proactive, responsible, honest, careful.

· Privacy, confidentiality, compliance.

· Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
