Độc chiêu tuyển mộ sinh viên bằng... RAP

Ở Việt Nam hình như chưa có chuyện các trường đại học “tranh giành” sinh viên (một cách lộ liễu). Có bằng chứng cho thấy chất lượng sinh viên là một thành tố quyết định chất lượng giáo dục. Nếu ta dạy dở nhưng sinh viên ta thông minh thì nhiều khả năng chúng vẫn tự thành công, làm trường thơm lây. Mỗi năm trích một ít ngân sách cho học bổng hậu hĩnh những SV thật giỏi là một cách cải thiện chất lượng giáo dục ít tốn kém nhất.
