She takes after ( Take after : giống ) my grandmother with a high bridge nose ( sống mũi ) , oval face and bright skin ( thay vì white skin : vì da người châu á ko phải là trắng nên dùng bright sẽ tốt hơn ) . hoặc : my mother made her hair curly last week
she always give me smiles : bạn nên dùng ; she always smiles with me ..(i love her smiles...it's so beautifful...: bạn nên chêm vô những câu cảm xúc vào phần tả..làm bài văn mượt hơn )

Thay vì là "forty five" thì nên là "forty-five" và "the difference is that my mother was thin, very thin while my grandmother is overweight" thì câu của bạn chưa thông nhất về tenses còn lại ngữ pháp của bạn ko có gì sai hết chỉ là cách viết chưa mượt mà như Grace nói. Do vậy mình có một số lời khuyên cho bạn:

1/"My mother is forty five years old. she is a teacher." thay vì hai câu ngắn bạn nên chuyển nó thành 1 câu dài " My mother is forty-five years old, a teacher at abc (trường mà mẹ bạn dạy) " làm vậy câu văn của bạn sẽ hay hơn mà con cho người đọc biết thêm về mẹ bạn.

2/"she looks like my grandmother with a high nose, oval face anh white skin. the difference is that my mother was thin, very thin while my grandmother is overweight. I think that's the only difference between the two people." ba câu này mình nghĩ bạn nên thêm các từ nối làm cho câu mạch lạc hơn và cũng như câu trên bạn nên kết hợp các câu ngắn thành một câu dài " My mom and my grandmother look really like each other with the same high bridge nose, oval face,and bright skin. However, there is still a little difference between them which is my mother is very slim whereas my grandmother is a bit fatter."

3/ "my mother wears very simple. she likes black so she always wears black. she usually wears dark suit for work and she looks very polite." ba câu này bạn viết chưa được hợp lý lắm "she likes black so she always wears black. she usually wears dark suit for work and she looks very polite." bạn vừa nói "always" rồi lại "usually" theo mình bạn nên kết hợp hai câu này lại "Her favorite color is black, therefore, she usually wears dark suit for work and she looks very polite" và bạn nên bỏ câu "my mother wears very simple." vì hai câu sau và câu này ko hề hỗ trợ lẫn nhau (hoặc bạn có thể thêm luận cứ để tả thêm về mẹ bạn ăn mặt đơn giản ra sao và làm bài văn hay hơn)
