GRANTING MULTIMODAL TRANSPORTATION BUSINESS LICENSE FOR VIETNAMESE ENTERPRISES

Directly implementing agency: the Department of Transportation
Time limit for settlement: 20 days from the date of submitting valid dossier
Contents of dossier:
1. Application for multimodal transport business licenses
2. A valid copy of the Certificate of business registration
3. Enterprise asset value confirmation of financial management agency or State Auditor, auditing firms. In case enterprises do not perform the audit, they must be equivalent guarantee by the bank.
