Bước 1:
Vào This PC, gõ đường dẫn: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

Bước 2:
Mở file host bằng notepad.


Copy đoạn dưới đây vào cuối file hosts:
127.0.0.1 activation.cloud.techsmith.com
127.0.0.1 oscount.techsmith.com
127.0.0.1 updater.techsmith.com
127.0.0.1 camtasiatudi.techsmith.com
127.0.0.1 tsccloud.cloudapp.net
127.0.0.1 assets.cloud.techsmith.com
Ấn Ctrl + S để lưu file lại. (Có bảng thông báo hiện lên thì bạn ấn Continue nhé)


Bước 3:
Các bạn vào ổ C, tìm thư mục ProgramData. Nếu không thấy thì các bạn vào View → Options → Change folder and search options
Bảng Folder Options hiện lên. Ở tab View, trong mục Advanced settings, các bạn tìm mục Hidden files and folders. Tích vào Show hidden files, folders, and drives. → OK

Bước 4:Vào thư mục:
C:\ProgramData\TechSmith\Camtasia Studio 9
Mở file RegInfo.ini

Xóa nội dung của nó đi. Thay bằng đoạn mã sau:
[RegistrationInfo]

ValidationData3=1

ValidationData1=

ValidationData2=1


Ấn Ctrl + S để lưu file lại.

Bước 5:

Các bạn kích chuột phải vào file RegInfo.ini. Chọn Properties → Tích chọn ở mục Read-Only → OK
